| James E. Frazier II graduated from the Medical College of
Virginia's School of Pharmacy in 1986. He is a member of Phi Delta Chi and
the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). Mr. Frazier is the Pharmacist in Charge at East End Community Pharmacy. He prepares IV Admixtures for Edloe's Professional Pharmacy and handles DME Billing for all three stores. |

Mr. Frazier is currently seeking a Post-Baccalaureate
Certificate in Information Systems. He is Past President of Virginian's Associated for the Relief of Sickle Cell Anemia (VARSCA), Past President of SC-PEERS, a Sickle Cell support group, and Past Treasurer of the Statewide Sickle Cell Chapters of Virginia. |
